(LOS ANGELES) — Code Black is getting the green light for a second season.
CBS has renewed the medical drama, starring Marcia Gay Harden and Luis Guzmán, as well as another freshman series, Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
In addition, the Matthew Perry comedy The Odd Couple and reality series Undercover Boss have been picked up for next season. The Odd Couple will return for its third season, while Undercover Boss will be back for an eighth season.
Rush Hour has stalled, however. CBS has cancelled its adaptation of the movie franchise after one season, The Hollywood Reporter notes.
CBS will officially present its 2016-2017 plans at its upfront presentation in New York on Wednesday.
