Luke Gilford2018 saw Christina Aguilera‘s return to music with the release of her album Liberation, followed by her first tour in 10 years.  Now, she’s closing out the year in grand fashion by performing on ABC live from New York’s Times Square as part of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest.

So what can we expect from Christina’s performance, other than her always-stellar vocals?  The show’s executive producer, Mark Bracco, tells Billboard, “She’ll be performing a medley of her greatest hits right before the ball drops.”

“She performed for us in Times Square, in 2007, and more than 10 years later she’s back,” Bracco adds. “She’s one of the most iconic voices in the world, so we couldn’t think of anyone better to end 2018.”

In addition to Christina, as previously reported, the live Times Square performances will include Bastille, New Kids on the Block and superstar country duo Dan + Shay, of “Tequila” fame.

As always, Ryan Seacrest and Jenny McCarthy are hosting the show from New York, while Ciara will host things on the West Coast, with performances from stars like Shawn Mendes, The Chainsmokers, Camila Cabello, Halsey, Charlie Puth and more.

In New Orleans, Lucy Hale will host the Central Time countdown with performances from Florida Georgia Line and Maren Morris.

Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest starts Monday night at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
