A source tells the magazine that the key to their relationship is — unlike Taylor’s previous romances — keeping things private. “They’re very low-key and normal. They work out, watch movies together and have friends over,” a source says.
“She’s much happier without her personal life out in the open,” dishes the source. “She credits Joe for that and realizes how much better off she is.”
In fact, the source says, she and Joe have what you might consider a “boring” relationship, focused on staying home in their pajamas, baking and watching Netflix.
Taylor hasn’t spoken about the couple’s relationship at all — except in song — while Joe has firmly and politely deflected any attempts by journalists to pry into his personal life.
Joe is about to be in more of a spotlight, though, as award seasons ramps up, since he’s starring in a movie that has plenty of Oscar buzz: The Favourite. Will Taylor be on his arm on all the red carpets he’ll be walking? Stay tuned.
