The French country-style estate boasts eight bedrooms, 10 full bathroom and four half bathrooms. The property features a main home as well as two separate guest houses, with amenities including a resort-style pool and spa, a tennis court, a 15-seat home theater and a fitness center.
The home was listed by real-estate agent Mauricio Umansky, the husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards.
“With glamorous grounds that include a beautiful resort-inspired pool and tennis court, you can really envision one of the world’s most iconic songstresses soaking up the quintessential California lifestyle during the time she lived on property,” Umansky tells People.
No word on why Madonna wanted to sell.
