The soundtrack of the upcoming film My Little Pony: The Movie is out now, and it features new songs from Rachel Platten, DNCE and Lukas Graham.  Rachel’s song is called “Thank You for Being a Friend,” and it’s a new take on a song you may know: the theme from the classic ’80s sitcom The Golden Girls.

The Golden Girls theme was actually a shortened version of a song by singer/songwriter Andrew Gold, which was a pop hit in 1978.  Rachel’s song from the soundtrack is a completely new song, but in one part, she sings this line from the original: “And if you threw a party/and invited everyone you knew/You would see the biggest gift from me/And the card attached would say/’Thank you for being a friend.'”

Rachel’s song is just one of several new tracks inspired by themes from the movie, which features the voices of Taye Diggs, Zoe Saldana, Kristin Chenoweth, Emily Blunt, Liev Schreiber, Michael Peña, Uzo Aduba and Sia.

The new DNCE song is called “Can You Feel It,” and the Lukas Graham track is called “Off to See the World.” Unfortunately, you can only get the Lukas Graham track by downloading the entire album — it’s not available as a stand-alone, like the other songs.

My Little Pony: The Movie arrives in theaters October 6.
