Taylor, who’s currently on tour in Australia, posted a video of Olivia, one of her two cats, on Instagram. Olivia is sitting on a bed looking vaguely displeased, but that’s how the Scottish Fold feline always looks.
“Hi Olivia,” coos Taylor. “Are you just a squishy ball of joy here to make my life better?”
“Look at you,” she continues, before reaching out her hand to touch Oliva on the nose — and adding, “Boop!”
The caption reads, “Happy National Cat Day to you and your highly sophisticated creatures. Boop.”
Taylor’s cats Olivia and Meredith — named after Mariska Hargitay and Ellen Pompeo‘s characters, respectively, on Law & Order: SVU and Grey’s Anatomy — are so well-known that she has a whole line of merchandise featuring them.
