The Recording AcademyKanye West, Justin Bieber and Drake have joined Frank Ocean in opting to skip this year’s Grammy Awards, sources tell Us Weekly.

TMZ first reported the story, quoting sources as saying Drake, who’s up for eight Grammys, won’t be able to make the awards because he’ll be on tour in Europe.

Bieber, who has four nominations, reportedly won’t be attending because he “doesn’t think the Grammys are relevant or representative, especially when it comes to young singers.”

As for West, who also has eight nods, back in October he reportedly threatened to boycott the Grammys if Ocean’s album Blonde wasn’t nominated.

A source also tells the magazine that West wants time to himself after the hectic few months he’s had, following his hospitalization and his wife Kim Kardashian West’s Paris robbery.

“He is taking some personal time at the top of this year to just chill and decompress,” notes the the insider.

The 59th Annual Grammy Awards air February 12 at 8 p.m. ET. on CBS.
