Chloe Goins’ lawsuit, filed Monday in Los Angeles, also names Playboy founder Hugh Hefner.

Goins, 26, claims the comedian abused her in a bedroom at the Playboy Mansion after spiking her drink.

She further states in the suit that Hefner knew or should have known that Cosby “over the years had a propensity for intoxicating or drugging young women and taking advantage of them sexually and against their will or while they were unconscious.”

Prosecutors previously declined to pursue criminal charges in connection with the alleged incident, in part because they couldn’t corroborate her account and because the statute of limitations had expired.

Goins filed her lawsuit earlier this week when she was 25, before a separate statute of limitations deadline.

She previously sued Cosby last October. She dropped that suit earlier this year.

Cosby is also being sued by a woman who claims he sexually abused her at the Playboy Mansion around 1974, when she was 15.

Cosby also faces sex assault charges in Pennsylvania.

Cosby, 78, has in the past denied sex assault allegations against him.
