Joe Jonas is lending a helping hand to travelers — literally

Gregg DeGuire/Getty Images for WCRF

If you wish someone would help you prepare for your first post-pandemic vacation, well, Joe Jonas is here to lend a hand. No, literally — you can own his hand. Well, at least a 3-D printed copy of it.

Joe has partnered with the travel website Expedia to help those of us who haven't left our homes for a year to start planning to go places again. As part of the website's "Helping Hands" campaign, the company has created a limited number of 3-D printed copies of Joe's actual hand — his right one, if you want to get specific.

If you drop your info at Expedia's website, you could be one of 250 people who'll receive one of those hands. It's a first-come, first-served offer, so use your hands right now to fill in the form on the website.

Expedia is also donating $100,000 USD to the humanitarian aid charity Mercy Corps to help global communities that are still being impacted by the ongoing pandemic.

Speaking to Metro, Joe talks about the concept of the campaign, noting, "I feel like it’s always nice to have a helping hand when you’re traveling and you’re unfamiliar with a city and you want to have a local's experience."

As for his day job, Joe says he and the Jonas Brothers are "constantly in the studio and working on stuff," adding, "New stuff is coming soon for sure."

Ashley Tisdale offers encouragement to new moms struggling with breastfeeding

Amy Sussman/Getty Images

Ashley Tisdale welcomed newborn daughter, Jupiter, on March 23 alongside husband Christopher French and every day is a new adventure for her. For example, she tells ABC Audio that her newborn just learned to smile and hasn't stopped since.

While the High School Musical star says she's still learning new things about her baby girl, there was one thing Jupiter got across right from the start.

"My baby came literally with, like, tons of expressions… out of the womb," she laughed, explaining that her little one has the personality to match, too. "Honestly, she is so funny."

Like any new mom, Ashley admits several things did not go to plan with Jupiter — one of them being how she eats.

The actress planned on breastfeeding "for a couple months," but Jupiter was not a fan.

"She did not latch from the start," Ashley recalled. "So, after two weeks of really trying hard, but also just like not being successful with it, we moved on to formula."

Ashley, who has since partnered with Enfamil, has this message to moms who may feel self conscious about using formula.

"It's the same experience. You're not breastfeeding from the breast, but you're still looking at your baby. You're still looking in her eyes," she smiled. "You're still able to have that experience."

With that hurdle cleared, Ashley's now looking ahead to Mother's Day and noted something "feels different" this year.

"I mean, obviously, I because I'm a mom," the Suite Life alum laughed, noting that she is already looking forward to the type of artsy gifts Jupiter will give her once she's older.

"I love it when little kids do artwork. It's so cute," she gushed. "I know she's going to be creative... So, I'm just excited for all of that stuff."

Katy Perry says details of Las Vegas residency coming “very soon”

ABC/Eric McCandless

Now that Katy Perry has appeared in a commercial for the new Resorts World Las Vegas property — along with Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan and Celine Dion — it's pretty clear that she's going to have a Sin City residency. But when?

Asked that question by Entertainment Tonight, Katy was coy, saying, "It would be really nice to perform anywhere, especially Vegas!" Pressed for more details, she then teased, "Oh, Luke might know something. There might be some magic that is being birthed as we speak!"

Then she dropped the pretense, stating, "I'm excited to announce it very soon!" Resorts World will officially open June 24.

Meanwhile, Katy will celebrate her very first Mother's Day this Sunday on American Idol, where Coldplay's Chris Martin will serve as the mentor for the remaining contestants.

Ariana Grande expanded her merch line after ‘Mean Girls’ star couldn’t find his size

Kevin Mazur/Getty Images for Billboard

It seems we have a Mean Girls star to thank for Ariana Grande’s inclusive merch sizes.

Daniel Franzese, who played Damian in the 2004 comedy, tells Insider that Ari expanded her merch line after he told her his size wasn’t available.

He says the two have been friends on Instagram for years and back in 2018, he tried to buy a sweater from her “No Tears Left to Cry” merchandise line.

When he realized they didn't carry his size, he let Ariana know. Franzese said she immediately asked for his size so she could get him a sweater and not long after, she began including sizes up to 3XL to accommodate more fans.

"She sent me two gigantic moving boxes, huge boxes filled with all of her merch in 3XL and then everything else in all other sizes," he tells Insider. He says she also gave him and his nieces front-row tickets to one of her Miami concerts.

"I just love her," Franzese said. "She's so cool."

And we know Ari is a fan of Mean Girls, too. She recreated scenes from the movie in her “thank u, next” video.

Andrew Garfield denies he’s joining other Spider-Men in ‘No Way Home’

Jeff Spicer/Getty Images for Three

Well, it could be that many fans' Spidey senses were way off — or, proof that Andrew Garfield is really good at his day job: the Oscar-nominated actor has flatly denied that he's in the next Spider-Man movie.

The going rumor was that Garfield, who starred in The Amazing Spider-Man and its sequel, would be joining original Spider-Man trilogy star Tobey Maguire and current Spider-Man Tom Holland in Spider-Man: No Way Home.

However, Garfield is now saying, well, no way to the No Way Home gossip.

"I can’t speak for anything else, but for myself. They might be doing something, but…I did not get a call," Garfield told MTV’s Josh Horowitz on his Happy Sad Confused podcast

"Maybe they're [still] gonna call me," Garfield laughed.

Garfield's participation seemed like a logical leap to make, considering the success of the multiverse-spanning animated Oscar-winner Into The Spider-Verse, and the fact that former villains from both past Spidey series were coming back, including Jamie Foxx's Electro and Alfred Molina's Doc Ock.

Geeks also pointed to swag from the No Way Home set, which included an image of Ol' Web Head seemingly wearing Garfield's suit.

Either way, there doesn't seem to be any bad blood with Holland, who Garfield calls "brilliant," as Spider-Man and his alter-ego, Peter Parker. He adds that Holland brings "a tenderness and vulnerability" and a "tremendous strength" to the dual role. However, Garfield does allow it "would have been cool" to hang out with The Avengers on his watch.

Spider-Man: No Way Home swings into theaters on December 17 from Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios, the latter of which is owned by Disney, ABC News' parent company.

On ‘Star Wars’ Day, Carrie Fisher’s daughter Billie Lourd posts pic of son watching grandma in ‘A New Hope’

Billie Lourd, daughter of the late Star Wars actress Carrie Fisher, chose to honor her mom on Star Wars Day in a special way.

In an Instagram post, Billie captured her infant son watching his grandmother as Princess Leia in Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope.

Billie's son Kingston Fisher Lourd Rydell, whose dad is her fiancée Austen Rydell, is only seven months old, but he's already strong in the Force. He's seen from behind, wearing a crocheted version of Princess Leia's famous "cinnamon bun" hairdo, and his attention is focused on a laptop that's displaying a close-up of Fisher's face in the closing scene of the 1977 film.

In another pic, the baby's face is cropped out, but he's kicking back while wearing a onesie emblazoned with a stylized version of Princess Leia on it. The post has earned nearly 300,000 likes and counting.

Lourd, who lost her 60-year-old mother to a fatal heart attack in 2016 — and then her grandmother Debbie Reynolds to a stroke the very next day — also took to YouTube today as part of The Child Mind Institute's "Getting Better Together" mental health campaign.

"As any of you who have lost a loved one know, it can make you feel extremely alone, but I'm here to tell you that you're not," said Lourd, who appeared in the Star Wars sequel films. She also doubled for her mother after her death in a flashback scene in The Rise of Skywalker.

"Grief has become even more universal during this unprecedented and awful year. And more people than you realize might be going through exactly what you're going through," Billie added, imploring people not to isolate themselves, but instead to reach out if they "find themselves struggling."

Demi Lovato gets the COVID-19 vaccine, encourages others to do their research

Rich Fury/Getty Images for OBB Media

Demi Lovato will be vaxxed for the summer.

In an Instagram post, the singer shared a photo of herself post-COVID-19 vaccine shot, with a bandage on her arm. She explained to fans why she decided to get vaccinated.

“Getting the vaccine came down to one thought process for me: I simply would rather risk potential side effects of a vaccine than risk lives by catching or spreading Covid,” she wrote.

“It’s normal to be cautious when something new comes along,” Demi continued. “Wanting to know more is a good thing — it means you want to be informed.”

She concluded by pointing people to Global Citzen’s VaxBecause.org website, where they can learn more.

Back in March, Demi was part of Phenomenal and Higher Heights for America’s Pro-Vaxxer campaign to prevent the spread of vaccine misinformation.

O’Brien says it’s curtains for ‘Conan’ on June 24

TBS

Conan O'Brien has announced that his TBS late night talk show, Conan, will officially end its 11-year run on June 24. According to the network, "The final weeks of shows will include a lineup of special guests as well as an extended hour-long finale with a look back on the past 11 years of this iteration of O'Brien's lengthy late-night career."

As previously announced, O’Brien will develop a new show for HBO Max, which will be a departure from his current traditional talk-show format, while continuing to produce new Conan Without Borders specials for TBS.
