Disney(LOS ANGELES) — Marvel movie fans have been clamoring for months for a trailer to Avengers: Infinity War, Marvel Studios superhero-stocked 2018 epic, and it appears that directors Joe and Anthony Russo have taken fans’ desires to heart.
Except for those who were lucky enough to watch a preview during San Diego Comic-Con in August, or score some shaky cellphone footage online, nothing has been seen of the film. But that changes Wednesday, when the first official public teaser for Infinity War will finally debut.
Until then, we’ve got a brand-new tease for the upcoming teaser, featuring a collection of fanboys and fangirls flipping out to trailer for the various Marvel films over the last ten years.
Avengers: Infinity War will feature just about every character seen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with heroes doing battle against the galactic titan Thanos, played again by Josh Brolin. The intergalactic baddie glimpsed in several Marvel films finally comes to earth in a search for the all-powerful Infinity Stones.
The movie debuts May 4, 2018, to be followed by a fourth — and for some heroes, final — Avengers movie in 2019.
