The lyrics are all about leaving a destructive relationship. “Who’s waking up to drive you home when you’re drunk and all alone?/Who’s gonna walk you through the dark side of the morning?/It ain’t me,” she sings on the chorus.
Selena tweeted a link to the song today, writing, “It’s finally here!” She previously teased a snippet of the song earlier this month.
“It Ain’t Me” is Selena’s first new musical project since 2015’s Revival.
