ABC/Randy Holmes(LOS ANGELES) — Kevin Hart’s ex-wife, Torrei Hart, says she wants to be involved in the parenting of her ex’s new child.
In an interview with Us Weekly, Torrei reveals she’d like to co-parent Kevin’s new baby, alongside him and his current wife, Eniko Parrish.
“I have baby fever, but I don’t want any more kids,” Torrei says. “I wanna be able to love on this baby just like they’re loving on the baby. With co-parenting, you have to get it right so it’s not a weird thing. I just want peace.”
Some of Torrei’s newfound peace is documented in her upcoming self-help book, Coparenting: From Hell to Happy.
“I was living in hell, but I’m happy now!” she explained of the title.
According to Hart, the book mostly will include co-parenting tips, but there’s, “some juicy juice in there, too,” she explained.
In addition to her new book, Torrei has her sights set on love. She reveals she’s been dating another man, though she’s keeping his identity a secret, for now.
“I’m having a good time. I’m having fun. I’m living my life,” she told Us. “There is a guy who is special to me. But I’m not going public with anything. I feel like there’s no need to unless I’m married. What’s the point?”
Torrei’s new interest in co-parenting her ex’s child comes after she claimed “lies and infidelity” broke up their eight-year marriage. She also had said in August that her and Eniko were not on speaking terms.
