Marshmello to headline, Hozier to speak at “Forbes” Under 30 Summit

Ryan HadjiMarshmello and Hozier are among the marquee acts who’ll be appearing at the fifth annual Forbes Under 30 Summit, which brings bring together more than 7,000 young visionaries, disruptors and entrepreneurs from around the world in Boston later this month.

Marshmello, born Christopher Comstock, will headline the Summit’s kickoff event, the Forbes Under 30 Music Festival, taking place September 30 at Boston’s City Hall Plaza.  The EDM superstar is coming off a successful summer thanks to his hit “Friends” with Annie-Marie, his #1 Dance/Electronic album JoytimeII and his new collabo with Bastille, “Happier.”  He’s also Spotify’s #4 most-streamed artist in the world.

Rapper/producer Russ and beatboxer Butterscotch are also on the bill for the festival, which you can attend by either registering for the Summit or purchasing a pass at Forbes.com.

Meanwhile, at the actual Summit, which runs through October 3, Hozier will be one of the speakers, along with other celebrities like Olympic skater Adam Rippon, U.S. Senator John Kerry, Spanx founder Sara Blakely and AOL co-founder Steve Case.

Hozier will be appearing at the event in between dates on his fall North American tour, which kicks off September 15 in Ottawa, CA. His new EP Nina Cried Power is out this Friday.
