ABC/Craig SjodinNever let it be said that Katy Perry doesn’t care about her Katycats.  She made time on Tuesday to visit the home of a very young fan who was too ill to attend her concert in Adelaide, Australia.

According to Australia’s ABC, the girl, eight-year-old Grace, was diagnosed with a brain tumor in April, and had to have brain surgery last week.  She was supposed to go to Katy’s show on Monday, but of course, she wasn’t able to.  However, her sister tweeted about Grace’s plight, and after 20,000 retweets, Katy’s management reached out.  Katy ended up dropping by the family‘s home yesterday.

According to ABC, Little Grace described the visit from Katy as “amazing,” adding, “She sang three of her songs and she looked at our bedrooms.”

Video on Facebook shows Katy playing with the family dog and singing her song “Chained to the Rhythm.”  Katy also shared footage on her Instagram Story of Grace and her sister modeling Katy Perry Witness tour t-shirts.
