Image Group LA/ABCJustin Bieber has no plans to return to music just yet.
Sources tell People the singer has scaled back on work in order to spend more time with his new wife, Hailey Baldwin, and figure out what he wants to do next.
“He’s happy and content,” the source says. “He is in love with Hailey. She encourages him to do whatever he wants to do, and is encouraging him in this season of self-discovery.”
The insider adds that Justin isn’t too keen on people bugging him to get back into the studio or go on tour. Despite his last album being called Purpose, Justin is still searching for his.
“He’s thinking, ‘Hey, maybe it’s not music. Maybe there are other things I should be doing,” the source says. “So while he’s figuring it out, the last thing he needs is people asking him when he’s going back into the studio.”
Justin is apparently looking to make a positive contribution to the world.
“He truly wants to make the world a better place, and he’s self-aware enough to know that some of his previous choices may not have accomplished that,” the source says. “So he’s working through it, which really should be applauded. It’s a very mature thing to do.”
