The singer was confirmed as a season 24 cast member Wednesday morning on ABC’s Good Morning America. She’ll be dancing with Valentin Chmerkovskiy, who’s won the Mirror Ball trophy twice: once with actress Rumer Willis and again in the most recent season with gymnast Laurie Hernandez.
Normani is working on new music with Fifth Harmony, which became a quartet late last year with the departure of Camila Cabello.
Dancing with the Stars will return March 20 on ABC.
