Sasha SamsonovaFifth Harmony’s second major appearance of 2017 was scrapped Sunday due to illness.

Billboard reports that the group was scheduled to sing the national anthem at the 2017 NHL All-Star Game, but canceled the performance, which was going to take place at L.A.’s Staples Center.

Nick Jonas and Carly Rae Jepsen performed at the event as scheduled.

Fifth Harmony made their TV debut as a quartet on the People’s Choice Awards earlier this month.

At the NHL Celebrity All-Star Shootout, which took place Saturday, Justin Bieber was credited with an assist when he helped NHL great Eric Lindros score for the celebrity team led by hockey legend Wayne Gretzky. His teammate, Cuba Gooding Jr., noted, “I was shocked at how good the kid can play. He has some really nice skills and he’s a really sweet kid, too.”

The bad news: according to USA Today, Bieber was also body-checked by NHL great Chris Pronger and driven into the boards at one point during the game.
