Atlantic RecordsIf you thought Ed Sheeran’s 2017 hit “Shape of You” was through breaking records, you’d be wrong.

The track has officially become the first song to hit two billion streams on Spotify. Ed announced the news on Instagram, writing, “Thank you world.”

“Shape of You” had previously been named the most-streamed song ever on Spotify in September 2017, when it hit more than 1.32 billion streams.

In other Ed news, the U.K. tabloid The Sun reports that the singer has landed a cameo as a stormtrooper in the new Star Wars movie, Episode IX. It’s unclear whether we’ll actually see Ed’s face in the role, or if he’ll be concealed under a white helmet the whole time.

Others have made cameos in the Star Wars films in that way, including Daniel Craig in The Force Awakens.  Britain’s Princes Harry and William also reportedly suited up as stormtroopers in The Last Jedi, but they  ended up on the cutting room floor.

Ed previously made appearances in Game of Thrones, Bridget Jones’s Baby and the short-lived TV show The Bastard Executioner.
