Markus PritziCan you feel the “Electricity”? Dua Lipa has announced a release date for her upcoming collab with Silk City, the new supergroup made up of Mark Ronson and Diplo.

The song, called “Electricity,” will be out next month.

Dua tweeted on August 25, “Okkkkkkkk okk okkkkk!!! My babies I love you! I got something coming for you in 12 days,” along with a bunch of lightning emojis to signify she was talking about “Electricity.”

If you do the math, that means the song will be dropping on Thursday, September 6. Dua also confirmed there will be a music video to go with it.

Dua previously teased the track to Rolling Stone, saying, “It’s something different, but it does lead into some of new music that I’m going to bring in my albums. It’s got some throwback elements to it; it’s dancey; it’s still a pop song.”

While Dua’s been working on her own sophomore album, she scored a huge hit this summer with another “dancey” pop song: “One Kiss,” her collaboration with Calvin Harris.
