Randee St. NicholasAmazingly, Britney Spears has now released nearly three times as many perfumes as she has albums.
As People magazine reports, the singer has just released her 22nd fragrance, VIP Private Show. It follows 2016’s Private Show, and is described as a blend of blood orange, magnolia and musk. It’s now available online. By contrast, Britney has only put out nine albums.
“The original Private Show celebrates one of my biggest passions – dancing – and I’m so excited to be able to take the fragrance to a more personal place with VIP Private Show,” Britney says in a statement to People. “There’s an amazing connection between a performer and the audience when you’re putting on a show.”
Britney tells People, “I love the idea helping people feel sexy, strong and confident, and I think my fragrances show that. Each of my fragrances represents a different side of my personality and my passions.”
In a Q&A, Britney also reveals why she does those fashion show videos on Instagram.
“I just love playing dress up with clothes, and decided one day to have some fun putting on a fashion show with some of the dresses that I had just bought,” she explains. “I love doing these videos so much that now I can’t stop! I do practice my walk!”
She also tells People that the biggest lesson she’s learned about herself is that she “loves making music and performing,” and adds. “It’s easy to get so busy with that stuff that I forget to stop and take a moment to just enjoy and appreciate everything.”
