AJR and Glass Animals have joined the lineup for the 2021 Billboard Music Awards.
After years of success on the rock charts, Glass Animals will perform their first-ever pop hit, "Heat Waves," on the show. AJR, meanwhile, will perform their most recent two hits: "Bang!" and their current single, "Way Less Sad."
AJR and Glass Animals are both nominated for multiple awards at this year's BBMAs. This will be AJR's first-ever awards show appearance, while Glass Animals are making their U.S. award show debut.
The 2021 Billboard Music Awards will air this Sunday, May 23, on NBC, with host Nick Jonas. Other performers include Icon Award winner Pink, The Weeknd, BTS, Duran Duran and DJ Khaled with H.E.R. and Migos. Drake will receive the Artist of the Decade Award.
