Looks like her romantic partner isn’t the only change Avril Lavigne is making in her life. The Dirt website reports she’s putting her ocean-view Malibu mansion up for sale for $12 million.
Avril paid just under $8 million for the three-quarters-of-an-acre spread in October 2020. It features a main house and a detached guest house, as well as a patio, fire pit, sundeck, pool and an infrared sauna.
The main house has three bedrooms and three baths, plus exposed wood-beam ceilings, a fireplace, gym, temperature-controlled wine closet, an open-concept interior, and a master bedroom with a custom walk-in closet and a spa-like bathroom.
Last month, Avril ended her engagement to rocker Mod Sun. She was seen kissing rapper Tyga not long after that. She starts her European tour April 12 in Paris.
