Selena Gomez and Rema‘s “Calm Down” recently vacated the #1 spot on Billboard‘s Afrobeats Chart, where it stayed for a record 58 weeks. However, it’s now set another chart record.

According to a rep for Selena, “Calm Down” has spent 50 weeks in the top 40 on the Mediabase chart, which measures radio airplay. That’s longer than any other song has ever lasted on that particular chart.

In addition, “Calm Down” is the most streamed Afrobeats song of all time, has been RIAA certified triple-Platinum and has racked up nearly 3 billion global streams.

Rema’s newest collab is “Pretty Girl” with Ice Spice. Selena’s latest song is “Single Soon,” which she said she wanted to put out as a “fun little song” because she isn’t quite finished with her next album.
