Kevin WongBack in the days of the Jonas Brothers, fans used to refer to the youngest brother Frankie, who wasn’t in the group, as the “Bonus Jonas.” Well, now Frankie’s back…as the guest star in big bro Nick’s new video.
The clip is for “Remember I Told You,” Nick Jonas‘ collaboration with Mike Posner and British singer Anne-Marie, who sings lead on Clean Bandit’s hit “Rockabye.” It shows Nick, Mike and Anne-Marie dancing around in a small, empty white room, where they’re joined on and off by various dancers, and by Frankie, who’s playing guitar.
The three singers dance around and do goofy things like ride around in shopping carts and cover each other in packing peanuts, as the clip switches from black-and-white to color. In a behind-the-scenes video, Nick says he wanted a “clean and sexy” look to match the simple beat of the track.
Mike and Nick first wrote “Remember I Told You” when Mike was opening for Nick and Demi Lovato on their joint tour. Nick then discovered Anne-Marie’s music during a trip to the U.K. and asked her to join them on the track.
