Liam Hemsworth/RCA RecordsThis is shaping up to be a good summer for Miley Cyrus. The singer’s music video for “Malibu” is already breaking multiple YouTube records.

The video, which shows off Miley’s softer new image, had this year’s highest jump of any video on the YouTube Videos chart. It soared 86 spots from number 95 last week to number 9 this week.

It’s also the highest-ever shared video on Miley’s YouTube channel. It received 162,000 shares the day it debuted on May 11 and has received over 150,000 shares daily since then. That beats her previous most-shared video, “Wrecking Ball.”

And finally, “Malibu” was added to more playlists in a single day — 83,000 to be exact — than any other Miley video.

The video has more than 77 million views on YouTube so far.
