Live NationWe’re just two weeks away from Thanksgiving, but Backstreet Boys fans already have something unexpected to be thankful for.  The band just announced not just a new album, but also a new single and a new tour.

The album first: It’s titled DNA and will be out January 25th.  BSB’s 10th studio album includes a brand-new single, titled “Chances,” co-written by Ryan Tedder and Shawn Mendes.  The video for the single is streaming now, while the album’s available for pre-order from all the usual outlets.

Then in the spring, Backstreet Boys will set out on the DNA World Tour, their biggest arena tour in nearly 20 years.  They’ll play 69 dates total in Europe and North America, beginning May 11 in Lisbon, Portugal and wrapping up September 15 at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ.

Tickets for the DNA World Tour go on sale November 14 via LiveNation.com.  For every ticket you buy, you’ll also score a physical copy of the DNA album.  You can find more info, including all of the tour dates, at the Backstreet Boys official website.

If you can’t make a tour date, remember you can still see BSB’s Backstreet Boys: Larger Than Life Las Vegas residency at the Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood.  But you’d better hurry — they’re wrapping it up April 27, leaving just enough time to rest up before hitting the road for the tour.

“The journey is ongoing with us and there is so much left to do,” Brian Littrell says in a statement. “We’re living the next chapter that hasn’t been told yet, and that’s exciting.”

“Vegas has been amazing and these next set of dates are going to be a party,” adds Howie Dorough. “Then it’s time for us to visit our fans all over the world.”
