Nicki Minaj and Halsey will both perform at the event, which will air live on MTV from Bilbao, Spain on November 4 at 9 p.m. Central European Time, which is 4 p.m. ET. A two-hour version of the event will then air at 7 p.m. ET/PT that same day.
Nicki previously hosted the 2014 MTV EMAs from Glasgow, Scotland. This will be the first time Halsey has performed at the event; it’s likely she’ll do her new single, “Without Me.”
The first presenters announced for the show are actors Michael Peña and Diego Luna from the upcoming Netflix crime drama Narcos: Mexico.
More performers and presenters will be announced in the coming weeks.
