Image Group LA/ABCChris Martin is headed to Modern Family. The Coldplay frontman will guest on an upcoming episode of the ABC sitcom, airing Wednesday, November 29.
In the episode, titled “Brushes with Celebrity,” the members of the Pritchett-Dunphy-Tucker family recall their most memorable celebrity encounter, and Ty Burell‘s character Phil, a realtor, recounts how he showed a house to Martin.
According to the episode description, Phil is “determined to make a good impression” with Martin while also battling an “intense pain radiating from a very inconvenient part of his body.”
Modern Family airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m ET on ABC.
Coldplay, meanwhile, recently wrapped a U.S. tour in support of their latest album, A Head Full of Dreams.
