Courtesy Twentieth Century Fox(NEW YORK) — The new Honest Trailer for Deadpool is even more honest, thanks to an appearance by the foul-mouthed superhero himself.
Ryan Reynolds shows up in all his Deadpool glory for an Honest Trailers video poking fun at his hit film, engaging in a snarky back-and-forth exchange with the voiceover guy.
Reynolds, taking exception to the “flaws” in the movie that are pointed out by the narrator, declares, “Deadpool is the highest-grossing R-rated movie of all time!” He then makes a rude suggestion to his counterpart.
Reynolds’ involvement in the trailer ties into this week’s release of Deadpool on Blu-ray and DVD.
