Owen Danoff on “The Voice”; Tyler Golden/NBC(LOS ANGELES) — Viewers were willing to save Owen Danoff once, but not twice.

The Team Adam Levine contestant was eliminated from the 10th season of The Voice on Tuesday night — one week after he was instantly saved by fans.

This time around, it was Daniel Passino of Team Pharrell Williams who was instantly saved.

Before the results of the instant save were announced, each artist performed for a shot to advance to the top 10. Owen played “Burning House” by country singer Cam, and Daniel sang the Nick Jonas hit “Jealous.”

During the one-hour results show, the members of Team Pharrell, plus their coach, performed “Let Love Rule” by Lenny Kravitz. Christina Aguilera joined her artists for a rendition of “Live and Let Die,” by Paul McCartney’s Wings.

In addition, country singer Thomas Rhett was on hand to entertain the viewers with his song “T-Shirt.”

The top 10 artists, including members of Team Blake Shelton, will take the stage next Monday night on NBC.
