The actor has signed on to the hit CBS actioner NCIS. The network says he’ll play “a once grounded NCIS field agent who accepted a deep cover assignment years ago and never resurfaced.” However, he’s returned and become a loose cannon.
The former That ’70s Show star has most recently appeared on Grey’s Anatomy and Fox’s short-lived Minority Report adaptation.
