(MARLTON, NJ) — The New Jersey town in which singer Christina Grimmie grew up will hold a candlelight vigil for her tonight.
Evesham Township Mayor Randy Brown says the vigil will be held at 8:45 p.m. at the town’s Memorial Complex in Marlton, NJ.
Grimmie, 22, was shot and killed Friday night in Miami while she was signing autographs following a concert there with her band, Before You Exit. The former YouTube star was best-known to most as a contestant on NBC’s The Voice, where she placed third during the show’s sixth season, in 2014.
