(LOS ANGELES) — Amber Heard’s temporary restraining order against Johnny Depp will stand until August 15, according to Los Angeles Superior Court.
A hearing on the matter was scheduled for today but now 1has been postponed, the court announced Thursday.
Heard was granted a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband in May after claiming Depp threw her cellphone at her face and repeatedly hit her.
Heard, 30, and Depp, 53, were married in 2014. She filed for divorce days before obtaining the restraining order, citing irreconcilable differences.
