(LOS ANGELES) — Seth Rogen, Chloe Grace Moretz, Rose Byrne, and many of the other stars of Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising hit the red carpet at the Regency Village Theatre in Westwood, California Monday night.
The sequel to the hit 2014 comedy has a married couple played by Rogen and Byrne hoping to put their frat house flap behind them and sell their home. Things get complicated when a wild sorority house moves in next door.
This time around, they recruit an old enemy, Zac Efron’s frat boy Teddy, to try to help.
Rogen explained it was hard to out-do themselves this time around. “It was really hard to come up with ideas we thought were worthy of existence. And we really wanted to make something that we very much personally related to — ’cause the first one had a lot of that…Yeah, we really just tried to think of how to inject a lot of ourselves into it.”
