Ryan Sweeting and Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting in January, 2014; Mark Davis/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) — Kaley Cuoco has officially put her marriage to tennis player Ryan Sweeting behind her.
The couple’s divorce was finalized Friday, according to court documents obtained by People magazine. Sweeting will not receive spousal support from The Big Bang Theory actress. However, she will give him $165,000 in two payments, and has agreed to cover up to 55 thousand dollars in attorney fees.
The two had signed a prenuptial agreement.
Cuoco, 30, and Sweeting, 28, married on New Year’s Eve of 2013. She filed for divorce last September, and is now dating equestrian Karl Cook.
