Mark Seliger/Comedy Central(NEW YORK) — Amy Schumer is making some changes to her upcoming film in light of the recent shooting at a gay club in Orlando, Florida, this past weekend.

The 35-year-old Inside Amy Schumer star, who’s in Hawaii filming the as-yet-untitled mother-daughter comedy with Goldie Hawn and Tom Bateman, has decided to cut a scene from the movie, which shows someone shooting a gun at people, according to E! News.

Schumer has spoken out against gun violence on many occasions in the past, including public appearances with her cousin, New York Senator Chuck Schumer.

Last year, a gunman opened fire at a Louisiana showing of her film Trainwreck, killing two people and injuring others before killing himself.
