What is your favorite TV show? … This is not really a fair question because I have a 4 year old, so when the TV is on it’s Paw Patrol, or Team Umizoomi, or Frozen. Dad doesn’t get to watch what he wants.
If you were stuck on an island and could only have one thing it would be? … I suppose a boat would be out of the question?
What is your most embarrasing moment? … Do you think I’d really admit to it?
What is your favorite quote? … “A Fool and his money are easily parted.” Based on what’s in my wallet, I’m a fool.
Name one bad habit you wish you could break? … Let me get back to you on this one. (Procrastination)
What was your first job? … I was a bus boy at a Japanese Steakhouse. I learned a lot. I can make a mean dish of fried rice, but I can’t flip stuff on the grill like the chef’s do. Unless you don’t mind me picking it up off the floor.
If you weren’t in radio, you would probably be… Sad:( It’s all I’ve ever really done.
Is the glass half-full or half-empty? … Doesn’t matter. I’m thirsty.
What is your favorite Disney movie? … Frozen gets played a lot at my house and I don’t necessarily mind sitting down to watch it (with my kids of course).
If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be? … Global warming. I worry about future generations because of the way we’ve treated the environment for the past 100+ years.
“Star Wars” or “Star Trek”? … Star Wars. No contest.
What album do you listen to when you feel like doing nothing? … As a Dad of young children, this never happens. If it were to happen, I’d probably sit back and listen to “How Did You Find Me Here?” by David Wilcox. Obscure, I know.
What movie do you have to watch if you see it on TV? … Shawshank Redemption. Every time.
The world would not be the same without? … Smart phones. They are a game changer. I both love and hate mine. Possibly the greatest invention of the last 100 years, but I also feel it is leading to the demise of human intelligence. For instance, how many people would you lose contact with if yours died right now? How many phone numbers can you actually remember?
What is your favorite restaurant? … Gateway Bar & Grill in SSC.
Tell us about one of your most memorable radio moments? … This business allows for some incredible opportunities, that some would say are “once in a lifetime”, yet I get to experience them on a regular basis. I’m talking about concerts and access to performers. I’ve met some super cool people, and some real jerks. I’ve also helped raise a lot of money for some local charity and non-profit organizations over the years, that’s what fulfills me professionally.
If you could have one person’s e-mail address, who’s would it be? … Charlie Sheen. I hear he has some epic parties and maybe I’d get an invite to one of them.
What is your favorite movie? … Spaceballs!
Paper or plastic? … Reusable cloth bags, but I ALWAYS forget to bring them in!
If you could meet one person, who would they be? … Ted Nugent. He’s a little crazy and over-the-top, so I’d love to sit down for an hour and pick his brain. I don’t expect that everything would make sense to me (because I don’t live in the same warped universe as he does) and that’s why I think he would be fascinating. Then we would shoot some guns and blow stuff up!
