Yap’em/Alchemy RecordingsWe were going to make a joke about how long it's been since Staind released an album — read: awhile — but they already beat us to it.

Aaron Lewis and company have announced Live: It's Been Awhile, and upcoming live album due out May 7. The set captures Staind's 2019 performance at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut, which marked one of the band's first shows since announcing their reunion in 2019.

"These were the first grouping of shows we played together in 2019, when we were gearing up for what was to be a very busy 2020…that never happened," says Lewis. "I'm glad we captured that energy here and can share it with those who couldn't be at Foxwoods."

You'll also be able to watch Live: It's Been Awhile as a streaming concert premiering on May 1. Staind will also be playing a brand-new streaming concert on May 8, which will feature a front-to-back performance of the 2001 album Break the Cycle in honor of its 20th anniversary.

Tickets to both streams are on sale now via StaindLive.com.

Staind's most recent studio album is their 2011 self-titled effort.
