L-R: Drew Scott and Jonathan Scott; Jason LaVeris/FilmMagic(NEW YORK) — One of the twin brothers who star on the HGTV series Property Brothers will not face charges in connection with an incident at a bar in Fargo, North Dakota.
According to reports, Jonathan Scott and others refused to leave the bar at closing time on April 24, and released security footage showed Scott resisting staffers while being escorted out.
City attorney Eric Johnson tells Fargo’s InForum.com that there was insufficient evidence to pursue charges.
