The 22-year-old make-up mogul recently hit a snag when she tried to obtain trademarks related to her and Travis Scott's two-year-old daughter’s name, Stormi Webster. According to Page Six, a New Orleans-based fashion brand stands in her way and is attempting to block her strategic business move.

Business Moves Consulting, which trademarked “Stormi Couture” about a month after Stormi's birth, has “filed an opposition” to Kylie's application and is claiming that it would cause confusion among their customers. The brand also doesn’t believe that the reality star has any real plans to use the trademarks, such as the use of "Stormi World," if the applications were approved.

Kylie may have hit a bump in the road when it comes to trademarking her daughter's name but, when it comes to herself, she's pretty much set.

The Kylie Cosmetics creator has quite the collection already, which includes trademarks for "Kylie Body" and "Kylie Body by Kylie Jenner," which she recently filed for on Valentine’s Day.

She also owns trademarks on "Kybow," "Kyliner," “Kylie Baby,” “Kylie Museum,” and “Kylie Kon” to name a few.
