The Secret Life of Pets star reveals that his dedication to fitness came from his desire to take better care of himself. “I’ve fallen in love with taking care of myself. Hart, who jokes that he does 1,000 sit-ups a day, is extremely forthcoming about his fitness routines on social media, explaining that each day should be “a step in a better direction.”

Just to simply get up and be active. And that’s at your pace. It’s not that it’s a competition. The only person you should ever be in competition with is yourself.”
