They were named the winners of the Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show Host prize at Sunday night’s ceremony in Los Angeles.
Strahan’s impending departure from Live with Kelly and Michael was announced last month. His last day will be Friday, May 13.
ABC’s General Hospital won the top award, Outstanding Drama Series.
The Daytime Emmys were presented on two nights, including a Creative Arts ceremony on Friday.
