Kelly Osbourne with Ozzy Osbourne; Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagic(NEW YORK) — Kelly Osbourne, the daughter of rocker and reality TV star Ozzy Osbourne, is being sued for defamation by her father’s former’s mistress, Michelle Pugh, as well as for intentional infliction of emotional distress and public disclosure of private facts.

The suit comes as a result of comments the former Dancing with the Stars finalist made on social media after learning of the four-year affair. Pugh claims in her lawsuit that Kelly subjected her to bullying and public backlash by tweeting out her phone number and accusing her of “elder abuse.”

“Kelly intentionally and maliciously harmed [Pugh] by publishing private facts and defamatory statements, in addition to inciting a rash of mass cyber-bullying against [Pugh],” the lawsuit reads. “Kelly harnessed her celebrity and notoriety to incite her followers as well as the media machine.”

Pugh tells People regarding the response to the relationship that “everyone is entitled to their opinion, but you are not allowed to bully other people.”

Meanwhile, Ozzy’s wife Sharon Osbourne on Wednesday spoke candidly with her co-hosts on The Talk about Ozzy. She explained, “He’s been going to outpatient for sex addiction for the last three months and after the Black Sabbath tour, he goes into inpatient for three months. He’s working at it.”

Sharon added, “It’s hard because it affects the whole family and it’s quite embarrassing to talk about.”

She said, “Somehow drugs and drinking is more acceptable, but when it’s somebody who has a sex addiction, it’s more embarrassing. I am proud [Ozzy] has come out and admitted it finally. It’s very, very hard. Every person who comes in the room thinks, ‘Oh, don’t come in, he’s here.’ He should call Tiger Woods for some advice.”

Earlier in the day, Ozzy released a statement admitting the affair with Pugh and that he’s seeking therapy for a sex addiction.
