Emilio CoochieMegan Thee Stallion, was "heartbroken" over the "senseless, violent attacks against Asian Americans" in Atlanta on March 16, and over the weekend, she did something about it.

The rapper, in conjunction with Fashion Nova and journalist/activist May Lee, pledged to donate $50,000 to Advancing Justice Atlanta in their efforts to fight for the civil rights of Asian Americans.

The donations support the nonprofit legal advocacy organization that helps Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders in Georgia and the Southeast.

"To honor the memory of these victims, @FashionNova and I have partnered with the journalist and Asian activist @mayleeshow on a $50,000 donation to @advancing_justice_atl who work tirelessly to protect the civil and human rights of Asian Americans in Georgia and the Southeast," Megan shared on Instagram. "We stand in solidarity with all Asian Americans in saying that enough is enough."

She added the hashtags "#StopAsianHate" and "#StandWithAANHPICommunity."

The attacks, in which a gunman opened fire in three different spas in the Atlanta area, resulted in the killing of eight people, six of whom were Asian women.
