ABC/Adam Taylor(NEW YORK) — It’s been rumored for over a month, but now it’s confirmed. Dancing with the Stars pros Peta Murgatroyd and Maksim Chmerkovskiy are expecting their first child.
“We couldn’t be happier — Baby Chmerkovskiy is coming ” Peta tweeted Wednesday, complete with a picture of Maks planting a kiss on her prominent baby bump.
Chmerkovskiy, 36, and Murgatroyd, 29, learned they were in the family way just a few weeks into season 22 of Dancing with the Stars, they told People. “I was so sick,” confessed Peta, who competed — and eventually won, alongside Nyle DiMarco — while secretly in her first months of pregnancy.
