Angela Weiss/FilmMagic(NEW YORK) — Ben Affleck turned 44 years old last Monday, and he celebrated with a family trip.
Ben, his estranged wife Jennifer Garner, 44, and their three children spent some quality time at a Montana resort, where, an insider tells People magazine, “The family spent the week together and enjoyed outdoor activities like hiking, biking and swimming.”
The family has spent a lot of time together, including a recent trip to Europe while Affleck was shooting the upcoming film Justice League in London.
“Ben is happiest when he’s spending time with his family,” explains the source. “It was a great birthday.”
The couple split after 10 years of marriage a little over a year ago.
Justice League — co-starring Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot and Amber Heard — is slated for a November 2017 release.
