Hugh Hefner — who founded Playboy and turned it into a globally iconic brand — is dead at 91.

Playboy says Hugh died peacefully at home Wednesday, surrounded by loved ones. Hefner’s health had been in serious decline over the last year and he’s not been seen in public for some time. His passing comes just over a year after his brother, Keith, died battling cancer.

Robert Englund tells Cinema Blend that he wants Kevin Bacon to play Freddy Krueger if Nightmare on Elm Street gets rebooted. “Well the gossip I’ve heard, and I don’t know how valid this is, but there has been some talk about using, or perhaps he’s been approached, Kevin Bacon. Yeah. I think that would be great. He’s in one of my favorite little horror movies, Stir of Echoes, and you should check it out if you haven’t seen in. And I just think Kevin’s the right size. I think he respects horror movies. He doesn’t make fun of them. I think it would be real interesting.”

This Is Us star Mandy Moore says she and Taylor Goldsmith are planning a small wedding. ”This is my second go-round. I feel like I eloped before and I think I’ll probably keep it very small again. I’ve never been the girl that wanted to wear a white dress. No judgement, but it’s not for me. I think it’ll be just as small with family and friends. Quit, no bridal magazines for me.”

Kris Jenner tells Variety magazine that she has no plans to do a Keeping Up With the Kardashians spin-off with her grandkids. ”I think that’s kind of pushing the envelope. I think it’s a little too early to start thinking about them. They’re amazing and when they’re around they are in the show but I think it’s a little too early for them to have any kind of spinoff.”
