Disruptor Records/Columbia RecordsThe Chainsmokers just smoked Drake: their new album, Memories…Do Not Open, has replaced the rapper’s More Life at the top of the chart.

The EDM duo’s hotly anticipated album sold 221,000 units to score a #1 debut, in part thanks to a deal that  packaged the album with tickets to their new tour.  Memories…Do Not Open is the first album to be #1 on both the Billboard 200 and the Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart since Lady Gaga‘s 2013 album, ARTPOP.

Memories…Do Not Open, featuring the hits “Paris” and “Something Just Like This,” is the Chainsmokers’ first full-length album, though they’d previously scored two Top 40-charting EPs.

Drake’s More Life now falls to #2, while another former chart-topper, Ed Sheeran‘s ÷ (Divide), gets pushed down to #3.

Meanwhile, Pentatonix has now scored their seventh top-10 release with the arrival of PTX Vol. IV: Classics, which enters the chart at #4.
