Getty Images via ABCRihanna is bringing her annual Diamond Ball to New York City for the first time ever this September at Cipriani Wall Street.
The Harvard University Humanitarian of the Year recipient’s black-tie affair will raise money to support her Clara Lionel Foundation.
“New York always offers the perfect backdrop for an amazing event, which is why I am thrilled to have the Diamond Ball there,” RiRi said in an official statement.
She added, “It’s a great way to celebrate the Clara Lionel Foundation’s accomplishments, as well as bring awareness to our mission globally. I know it’ll be a night to remember!”
Rihanna created the Clara Lionel Foundation in 2012 to support and develop world-class educational programs in her home country of Barbados, and other countries.
