AJ NumanKaty Perry and Orlando Bloom reportedly are back together in real life, but they’re definitely going to be together on the silver screen.
Variety reports that “Roulette,” a song from Katy’s latest album Witness, will appear in S.M.A.R.T. Chase, an action film set in Shanghai. “Roulette” reportedly was inspired by Katy’s visit to that city.
The movie stars Bloom as a washed-up private security guard who is hired to bring a Chinese antique out of Shanghai. He gets ambushed, and the life of the woman he loves is in danger, so he must join with a team of experts to save her.
“Roulette” will play over the end credits of the movie, according to Katy herself. It will be released in more than 7,000 theaters in China on September 30.
